Technology Introduction   

The basic principle of the BLEMG2K high-frequency power supply is to convert three-phase 380V industrial frequency AC power into about 530V DC voltage through rectification and filtering, then perform high-frequency inversion, boosting, and rectification to convert it into high-voltage DC power, providing power for electromagnetic white removal equipment. It features small size, light weight, integration, energy saving, high power factor, and minimal impact on the power grid.

The BLEMG2K high-frequency power supply can purify general industrial exhaust gases, recover valuable materials from industrial gases, purify the air, eliminate pollution, remove white smoke, and promote comprehensive utilization. It is widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, light industry, cement, power plants, building materials, and other industries. It is an important power supply device for dust removal, mist removal, white removal, and impurity separation equipment.

Technical advantages

The BLEMG2K high-frequency power supply adopts heat exchanger air cooling technology, providing good cooling effect, small size, and light weight. Power supply dimensions (LWH mm) 1500X1300X1400, weight 800kg. The compact structure makes it easier to arrange in some main structures with higher space and load requirements.

The operating frequency reaches up to 40kHz, achieving higher conversion efficiency and faster safety protection.

The transformer adopts a special process to increase leakage inductance, limiting the overcurrent amplitude caused by various reasons such as short circuit or magnetic saturation of the transformer, preventing overcurrent damage to semiconductor devices.

The high-voltage package uses a subdivided rectification method, making the potential gradient of the high-voltage rectifier more uniform, the voltage span between packages consistent, and the system stable under high voltage operation.

The core controller uses a high-performance FPGA chip, which differs from the linear process of DSP and microcontrollers, providing better real-time processing for multitasking systems.

Reliable safety protection functions: when output open circuit, output short circuit, IGBT overheating, IGBT overcurrent, transformer oil temperature too high, and other issues occur, it will automatically alarm and promptly perform self-protection.
