Entrusted by the company, Shandong Baolan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. compiled a preliminary design plan for waste gas treatment. We compile this plan based on the design principles of mature and reliable technology, reasonable overall layout, convenient operation and management, and low processing cost.
The dust-containing gas enters the filter room of each unit through the guide tube. Because the bottom of the filter bag is designed to have a sufficient and reasonable vertical distance from the upper opening of the air inlet, the air flow is distributed through proper diversion and natural flow direction to achieve uniform air distribution in the entire filter room. The particulate dust in the dust gas is separated by natural sedimentation and falls directly into the ash hopper. The remaining dust is guided by the diversion system and enters the filter area of the middle box with the airflow and is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the filter bag through the upper box and the exhaust pipe.
