Considering the operating cost and safety of the waste gas treated in this project, the process route of this project adopts the core process of "purification tower + ionization catcher + composite photooxygen + activated carbon adsorption + fan + chimney" to treat the waste gas. The schematic diagram of the process is as follows:
(1) after the collection of exhaust gas into the purification tower, the exhaust gas by the air pipe into the purification tower, through the packing layer, exhaust gas and absorption liquid for gas-liquid phase fully contact absorption and reaction, so that the exhaust gas is purified and into the next process.

(3) after capture of waste gas into the composite optical oxygen equipment, in the device, high energy photon beam ozone reacts with air and · OH (hydroxyl radicals) oxidation reaction of fetor synergy decomposition, and macromolecular odorous gases under the effect of high-energy photons make its chain fracture structure, make the most of the organic material into a gas has no smell of small molecular compound or completely mineralization, formation water and CO2. Exhaust gas into the zeolite molecular sieve layer deep purification, into the next process.
(4) after the treatment of the exhaust gas into the activated carbon adsorption equipment, activated carbon porous structure provides a large number of surface areas, so that it is very easy to achieve the purpose of absorbing impurities. Like magnetism, all molecules have a gravitational pull on each other. Because of this, a large number of molecules on the activated carbon pore wall can produce strong gravity, so as to achieve the purpose of attracting impurities and odor molecules in the medium to the aperture, through the fan pipeline, the chimney added to 10m standard emissions.
