1. Adsorption
The organic waste gas is removed by the filter and enters the adsorption tank from top to bottom. The organic matter is collected, absorbed and concentrated by the activated carbon. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere from the lower part of the tank through the main fan.
2. Condensate purification
In order to ensure the cleanness of the condensed water and avoid the condensed water of the organic solvent discharged into the water body, compressed air is introduced into the separated water in the separator to fully release the organic solvent in the water. The air containing organic matter ejected by the compressed air turns back to the exhaust gas system and reabsorbs. The purified condensate is discharged into the sewer.
3. Continuous adsorption measures
In the continuous production plant, the adsorption system also needs to work continuously. In the design of waste gas purification system, double tank series can be selected to facilitate the continuous use of adsorption and regeneration.
